The eight practices
Pick where you start. The standard doesn't change.
Same gates, same evidence standard, whichever line the problem actually sits in.
- View Practice
Database Professional Services (Flagship)
A database operations team embedded in your workflow, contracted at a stated tier.
- View Practice
Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering
Platforms built to survive a region failure, with the failover path tested rather than assumed.
- View Practice
Cybersecurity
Findings ranked by exploitability in your actual environment, with remediation verified by retest.
- View Practice
Data & AI
Pipelines with a stated freshness budget; senior human review on every AI-driven escalation.
- View Practice
DevSecOps
Releases that ship on a weekday afternoon, because the pipeline proves them safe first.
- View Practice
Software Engineering
Applications built to be operated: instrumented, documented, handed over with runbooks.
- View Practice
Infrastructure & Platform as a Service
Currently run inside client engagements. External availability opens once proven internally for two consecutive quarters.
- View Practice
General Consulting
A written position on a specific decision, with the trade-offs and the option you shouldn't take stated alongside it.
How we engage
Three ways in, one delivery standard underneath
Every one of the eight practice lines is available as an Assess, a Transform, or an Operate engagement. The shape of the engagement changes. The gates, the tiers, and the evidence standard don't.
Assess
A fixed-price, time-boxed engagement against any of the eight practices. You get a measured baseline, a risk register, and a costed target state — yours to keep whether or not you continue.
- Two weeks fixed
- Fixed price
- Client accepts baseline and roadmap
Transform
The build, migration, or programme itself, phase-gated against objective exit criteria and billed at each gate's retained evidence, not on a calendar.
- Four weeks to nine months, phase-gated
- Fixed price per phase, milestone-billed
- All four gates passed with retained evidence
Operate
Continuous delivery against a bound service level, staffed across three hubs, with a quarterly review written for your board.
- Twelve-month minimum term
- Monthly subscription, by environment and tier
- Renewal, transition, or documented decommission
Get started
Two weeks. A written baseline of where you actually are. Yours either way.
Fixed duration, fixed price, no obligation to continue. If the finding is that you don't need us, that's what's written down.
Workload profile — what actually runs, when, and at what cost
High-availability gap analysis against your stated objectives
A recovery test, executed and timed, not described
A costed coverage model for the hours you need covered
